Flying Changes of Virginia is currently evaluating its programs and services with changes in leadership beginning in October. Flying Changes, Willow Ridge Farms, and New River Valley Community Services have shared in a wonderful partnership that has allowed the opportunity for horses and people to work together. This partnership is still strong and working to continue with renewed strength, ideas, and programs. There will be a break in services while these three partners work to devise new plans and programs to hopefully start in the spring of 2012.

Flying Changes is in need of new, excited board members with skills ranging from Web site to marketing or simply a commitment to the cause. We are excited to also add a new position for FCVA. We are seeking an executive director (with a small stipend for the comparatively big heart) full of enthusiasm and commitment for leading FCVA into these new adventures.
